Twenty-four by seven internal and external monitoring of all Peak Web Hosting servers, network equipment, and ISP uplinks guarantees we are alerted to any potential problems before they become service effecting to our customers. When an issue develops, we determine and repair the problem immediately before you, and more importantly your customers, detect there was a problem.

Highest Performance
Most web hosting companies make money by selling the same bandwidth and server resources over and over to many customers. This is called over-subscribing. They (incorrectly) assume that all customers will not use the system resources at the same time. What seems like a bargain to the customer ends up a disaster when their web users leave because of slow download speeds and poor site performance. In the end, the website owner loses customers and business because too many other websites are competing for the same oversubscribed (oversold) resources.
